Where does OZ's data come from?
OZ's data comes from authoritative sources: Open-Meteo, DWD, NOAA/NHC, USGS, NASA FIRMS, GDACS, CMEMS, Meteostat, among others. The weather is never generated by artificial intelligence: AI is used only for the artistic layer (scenes, paintings) and the narration.
Is OZ free? What's included in Premium?
OZ offers a complete free tier. Premium unlocks the full experience: €45.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. There is also a Season Pass at €16.99 and Tailor-made photos at €19.99 or €29.99. (billed once a year)
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. OZ never sees or stores any card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The 7-day trial is no-commitment: if you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
How do I access my Premium after purchase?
After purchase, you receive a sign-in link by email (magic link): a single click, no password. Your Premium access follows you across all your devices.
Refunds?
Refunds follow Paddle's purchase terms, our Merchant of Record. As the 7-day trial is free, no amount is charged if you cancel before it ends. For any request, write to us at contact@oz-forecast.com.
What happens to my personal data?
OZ complies with the GDPR. Geolocation is never automatic: it relies on your explicit consent. Our legal pages are freely accessible and an EU representative (DataRep) is appointed. See our Privacy page for details.
Which devices does OZ work on?
OZ works on iPhone, Android and computer (PC, Mac, Linux), in all modern browsers. It installs like an app (PWA), and an Android APK is available.
